Marker:
A stone or bronze tablet that rests flush with the ground and identifies the grave.
Mausoleum:
Also referred to as a tomb, this is generally an above-ground structure.
Mental Incapacity:
The inability to understand information that is relevant to making decisions or the inability to appreciate the reasonably foreseeable consequences of making a decision. Refer to “incapable/incompetent.”
Monument:
An upright stone, or sometimes a combination of stone and bronze standing above ground, which identifies the grave. Also known as a “tombstone.”
