Real Property:
Land and buildings; also known as “real estate” or “realty.”
Regular Occupation Disability:
Disability from your own occupation, provided that you choose not to work in an alternative occupation.
Renewable Term Insurance:
Type of term insurance that includes a renewal provision giving the policy owner the right to renew the insurance coverage at the end of the specified term without submitting evidence of insurability.
Residuary Beneficiary:
The beneficiary to whom the residue of the estate is left.
Residue:
That portion of an estate remaining after all specific bequests and specific devices have been made.
Revocable Trust:
A trust which can be revoked by the person who created the trust
